The underbelly of Nessie is light green, and when it moves, it seems to float a little above the ground. When Nessie becomes a Neon pet, it changes its look. The back ridge, the spots on its back, the underbelly, the undersides of its fins, and the webbed head areas all glow dark blue. This makes the Neon Nessie stand out more, especially in darker areas in the game.
